Who controls the information
The controller is Saunders Simmons Ltd, of Unit 1–2, 15 Oxford Road, Pen Mill Trading Estate, Yeovil, Somerset BA21 5HR. Contact: hello@saunders-simmons.co.uk. ICO registration: ZB805139.
What an enquiry contains
Name, email, optional telephone, property town or postcode, property type, expected availability, message, preferred reply method, authority acknowledgement, optional advert URL and limited attribution such as landing page, referrer, UTM values and lawful click identifiers.
Why it is used
To respond to the requested advert check or landlord conversation, prevent abuse and understand which non-paid route generated a qualified enquiry. The acknowledgement is permission to reply to this request, not consent to unrelated marketing.
Storage and delivery
On this website, an enquiry is confirmed only after Resend accepts the email for delivery to our nominated inbox. The website does not keep a separate production database copy. Vercel and Resend process the information needed to host the form and deliver the message; the recipient mailbox then holds the operational record.
Retention
Unqualified or unanswered enquiries are reviewed for deletion within 12 months; qualified enquiries within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, subject to legal obligations, disputes and data-subject rights. Raw IP addresses are not written to an enquiry record. Email copies require coordinated review and deletion.
Sharing and international processing
Vercel, Resend and the configured email provider receive only the information needed to host, deliver and retain the enquiry. Their processing may involve international transfers under their applicable safeguards. Information is not sold.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law can provide rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and complaint to the ICO. Send a request to hello@saunders-simmons.co.uk.
