Trust and corrections
Editorial policy
Guidance should help a landlord make a sound decision without pretending that a summary is professional advice.
Scope and audience
Guidance is written for residential landlords and authorised representatives in England. It does not target tenants searching for homes and does not make UK-wide claims unless each nation has been checked separately.
Sources and claims
Legal, regulatory and portal claims use current official or primary sources where available. Each sensitive guide shows a review date and source links. Confirmed fact, business inference and an unresolved operating point are kept distinct.
Authors and review
No invented author or qualification is used. Content is attributed to Let My Residential until a verified editorial owner is supplied. High-volatility legal passages require a fresh primary-source check before publication.
Corrections
Material errors are corrected promptly and the review date is updated. Corrections can be sent to hello@saunders-simmons.co.uk. A correction never quietly turns an unresolved portal or legal point into a claim.
Commercial boundary
Articles may link to the free advert check or a relevant service page. They will not disguise sales copy as independent evidence, publish fake statistics, reproduce competitors, spin location pages or change prices and terms outside the approved source of truth.
