A paid service will be offered only if the provider arrangement is accepted, the applicable redress and other operating requirements are met, and the delivery economics work without overpromising.
Who it is not for
It is not a home-search service for tenants, a property marketplace, a full-management agent or a substitute for legal and safety advice. Landlords wanting viewings, tenant selection, tenancy administration, rent collection or management should use an appropriately appointed service.
